Job Position: Technical Support Engineer
Job Location: Chennai.
Salary: 1.6 LPA (10000 take home plus shift allowance) 3 years bond.
Educational Qualification/Credentials:
- Graduation: BSc (computer science/IT), BCA - 2014/2015 batch only.
- Minimum 60% and above throughout your academics
- Post graduation and Engineering students cannot be considered for this role.
Responsibilities & Skills Required:
- Client Facing Role, Interacting with client in terms of resolving Technical issues, Ticket Resolving, Troubleshooting.
- After 18 months of your performance you will be converting as a developer (L3 support).
- Communication Should Be good.
- Willing to work in Night shift.
