South Central Railway Recruitment 2016 – Scouts & Guides Quota Posts: South Central Railway has issued notification for recruitment against Scouts & Guides Quota (Group-C & D) vacancies for the year 2015-16 over South Central Railway. Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format on or before 13-03-2016 at 17:00 hrs & 28-03-2016 at 17:00 hrs for remote areas. 1. Group 'C': 02 Posts
2. Group 'D': 12 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should between 18 to 29 years (for UR category), 18 to 32 years (for OBC category), 18 to 34 years (for SC/ ST category) for S.No-1, 18 to 32 years (for UR category), 18 to 35 years (for OBC category), 18 to 37 years (for SC/ ST category) for S.No-2 as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxations are applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate from a recognized Board for S.No-1, 10th passed or ITI (in trades approved by the NCVT) or equivalent from the recognized Educational Board for S.No-2.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test, scounting skill assessment.

Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 100/- (No fee for SC/ ST/ Women/ Minority/ Economically Backward Classes/ PWD & Ex-servicemen candidates) in the form of Indian Postal Order (IPO) from any Post Office/ Demand Draft from any nationalized bank, drawn in favour of Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, South Central Railway, payable at Hyderabad/ Secunderabad.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed format along with duly self attested xerox copies of all certificates, affix recent passport size photograph & Demand Draft/ Indian Postal Order, in an envelope should be super-scribed as “Application for Scouts and Guides Quota, 2015-16 (Group-C or erstwhile Group-D” by ordinary post or drop box kept in the office to The Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Chief Personnel Officer’s Office, General Manager’s Office Building, 4th Floor, Rail Nilayam, South Central Railway, Secunderabad-500 071 on or before 13-03-2016 at 17:00 hrs & 28-03-2016 at 17:00 hrs for remote areas.
